Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Bypass Inc. ("we" or "us"), the company that runs Heya Hop. By creating an account or playing Heya Hop, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 12 years old to use Heya Hop.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Heya Hop only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You may have one account per person. Keep your sign-in details safe: you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Do not sell, share or transfer your account.

4. Virtual items and currency

Coins, gems, furniture, outfits and other virtual items are licensed to you for use inside Heya Hop. They are not your property, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred outside the game.

We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items as the game evolves. We will not take away items you paid for without a reason these terms allow.

5. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund rules. Refund requests go to the store you bought from.

Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Everything you can buy is cosmetic.

6. Contests and votes

Theme contests, battles and votes are decided by players and by the rules of each contest. Contest outcomes, votes and placings can never be bought.

We may remove entries or votes that break the rules, including votes cast from more than one account.

7. Your content and moderation

You keep ownership of the rooms, notes and other content you make. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show and share that content in Heya Hop and in promotion of the game, for as long as it stays in the game.

Players can report or block any room, note or player. We review reports and may hide or remove content that breaks these terms.

8. Being kind

To keep Heya Hop cozy for everyone:

• No harassment, hate, threats or bullying.
• No sexual content, and nothing that puts minors at risk.
• No cheating, bots, exploits or reselling accounts and items.
• No sharing personal information, yours or anyone else's.

9. Suspension and ending your account

If an account breaks these terms, we may warn, limit, suspend or close it, depending on how serious the problem is.

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time from the app.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Heya Hop is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your country.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
